Thank you very much all for a fine stay for one night. The rooms were soundproof and new-fashioned with kitchen, single bed, as for instance, nothing to complain about. Had breakfast in the café. The hotel had a very central location close to shops, really enjoyed this place. There was Gibbo's on the Wharf nearby to grab something to eat.

The staff were very rude, didn't expect that coming.

Obliging and nice staff as one would expect. The location is very central. There's The Wagon offering takeout at a walking distance from the venue.

There were comfortable beds and a TV set and a lounge area inside the room. Peaceful and handy location, Whakatane airport was 15 km away.

The staff was amicable and gave me recommendations. The room I stayed in was neat and budget and complete with single bed as well as kitchen. There was a great selection of fabulous meals.

It was in a very central location, close to everything. Didn't like when it was particularly hot outside, went to Turkish Kabab House to relax and grab some food. Had a great breakfast, enjoyed the meal.

Spotlessly clean unit with friendly reception staff. Great location for restaurants and a peaceful stroll along the river. Well-equipped and spacious apartment, though the bedding arrangement could be improved. Excellent room service breakfast. Close proximity to White Island tour dock.

This place was exactly what we were looking for, do recommend. Had a great stay during our trip. The café was good for breakfasts.

we stayed in a standard room and it was just perfect for the time we spent. our room was clean and tidy and we particularly like the eco friendly tips and actions we could do during our stay. this is a beautifully presented motel and staff were friendly.

Exceptionally nice location just next door to Whakatane River Walk. Excellent service, parking onsite.

The food is appetising and reasonably priced. Staff is great and informative and you can park your car onsite. Its location almost in the town center is awesome and pleasant.

Great location, just a short walk to everything. Loved the covered deck space and the good amount of kitchen worktop. Key location facts - close to the beach and White Island tours. Friendly and helpful staff.

Wifi was poor and being in a phone 3G area only meant we couldn't use those to hotspot off as backup. The bed was very soft with an unnecessary mattress topper.

Location - proximity to harbour and Ohope beach. My husband wanted to fish but in the end the weather was against us. The room was huge with enough space to sit and a table to eat at. It was the only hotel on our trip which provided a unit large enough to take both our suitcases so we could unpack comfortably.

It had a bit of a back packer feel about it and not a lot of character.

It was handy to the centre of town, clean and modern

The bed was not that comfortable. A mattress topper pad and flannelette sheets would have made it more cosier and comfy as it was mid winter and freezing temperatures.
